Kalmindon Limited offer two basic, and one advanced career opportunities. All career opportunities though are based upon the provision of Search Engine Opimisation (SEO) services to clients in your area. Details of these new careers are set out below:
Our entry level career choice is the Associateship. We train you in all the skills of SEO, then you join our team as an Associate applying your newly found skills to clients in your area. With this career opportunity you work on a self employed basis, but we ensure you have sufficient clients to secure your income. Once established your on target earnings will be in excess of £30,000 per annum. Associateship career opportunities are available nationwide for a total investment of £2,500 plus VAT training fee. This career choice is a great way to get your new career under way without having to invest in a franchise.
Our middle level career opportunity is our Franchise which is similar to our Associateship, except that earnings are higher. Franchisees earn between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum. Franchise premium fee is £9,500 plus VAT and full SEO training is provided. These career options suit more assured individuals who are looking for substantial career changes and rewards.
Finally, our regional franchise is the most advanced of our career opportunites. Looking after all aspects of our business within a region the regional franchisee will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of associates, including lead generating and client engagement to ensure all associates are working to capacity. This career choice will perhaps best suit the individual with existing business experience who is looking for a major challenge and reward, regional franchisees can expect to earn at least £80,000 per annum. Regional franchise premium fees are by negotiation.
